BROEL-51- Cosmic Volition-02
Snake-like hands and feet are set within a celestial map, in a cosmic volition that
points to the things that we know we do not know yet.
Jettison your bad memories and embrace the light of the future.
BROEL-13- Cosmic Volition-01
Find your missing star and fulfill your destiny!
BROEL-12-Wayfarers Travel Light
If you are planning to travel, and you are planning to travel
far, and for a long time, the lighter you are the further you’ll go.
BROEL-11-Antipodal Dance
If the world were flat, we would all be on the same level, we would really see each other eye to eye. But we live in a spherical world and we might as well accept it ,celebrate it and dance “ La Ronde des Antipodes*” (the antipodal dance.)
BROEL-10-Quantum-Lunar-Step
(*Making a parody of the famous quote:)
“If you think that you understand this drawing*,then you don’t understand this drawing*.”(R. Feynman.)
BROEL-07-Solar Steed
This drawing is as close as you will ever get to seeing a Solar Steed.
BROEL-08-Confidence man
If you run into someone trying to persuade you to buy or do something that you wouldn’t want to do. And if they remind you of this drawing, beware and steer clear of them!
BROEL-09-Eros and Psyche
Thinking that I was drawing the story of Eros and Psyche,
I mistakenly drew three Greek myths into one.
In the myth of Eros and Psyche, love triumphs over challenges, leading to her immortality and their eternal union.
In the Myth of "the origins of soulmates" humans were originally two-headed,
four-armed, and four-legged beings. To humble them, the gods split them
into separate male and female halves, sending them on a lifelong quest to find their other half, the one that completes them and makes them whole.
In Ovid's "Metamorphoses," Hermaphroditus was seen by the water nymph Salmacis while bathing in her pool. She fell in love with him and prayed to the gods
that they would never be separated. Her wish granted, the two merged into one,
becoming a being with both male and female features.
In my drawing, the female image reaches for the moon while the male reaches for the Sun,a symbol of cosmic unity and harmony. As they are drawn as one single being I could have called this drawing "the Solunarian". But I think that the title "Eros and Psyche" better reflects the spirit of all three myths.

in artistic endeavors.
BROEL-06-A-Infinitely Human
These anthropomorphic doodles are simplistic in style,
but less so in their interpretation.
They are Ideograms that address feelings such as happiness, regret, love, confusion, and also abstract concepts like the meaning of life.
They are a form of artistic expression that lies somewhere between laughter and dance,
BROEL-05-Attain the Stars Crush the Squares
Joseph Campbell’s famous quote: “Follow your bliss,” combined with the more pedestrian quote:” Stay away from idiots,” might explain this drawing.
BROEL- 04-B-Intimate Outer Space Volition
Snakelike creatures, intertwined to create infinite loops,
guard within the space in their coils an intimate yet cosmic universe..
